Waterton MidCentury Oval Table
Capturing the essence of mid century modern design, this elliptical table packs a ton of style. The organic lines of the elliptical oval top are accentuated by a thinned edge and a delicate cross base to give this table a spacious feel.
The Waterton oval table is a stunning piece that works beautifully in modern spaces. On the functional side, because it is a true elliptical oval, there are no straight edges and, depending on the dimensions, the ends can get narrow. The result is a table that is less efficient for seating, as you may not want to seat guests on the ends. Generally with this design, seating works best placing someone on each side of the legs and adding place settings on the ends only when required. For stability reasons, we recommend this base for tables that are 84" long or less. Other design details include a 6/4" thick table top with a thinned Sarita edge.
